F. Sensors & Motion Data

With your permission, we may collect data from your device’s sensors (such as accelerometer, gyroscope, and magnetometer). We use sensor data fusion to identify movement patterns. This allows us to discover groups of people moving together in the same environment, such as a train, bus, or other public transport, to enhance nearby discovery.

3. Permissions Used by the App

Depending on features you use, Sunozy may request access to:

  • Camera (profile photo, media sharing)
  • Microphone (voice messages/calls if enabled)
  • Storage / Photos / Media (send or save files)
  • Location (nearby discovery)

  • Bluetooth / Nearby Devices

Permissions are requested only when needed and can be managed in your device settings.

4. Messaging & User Content

Messages and shared content may be processed to deliver the service. We may use automated systems or moderation tools to detect abuse, spam, illegal activity, harassment, or harmful content.

Users are responsible for content they share.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share limited information with:

  • Service providers (hosting, analytics, customer support)
  • Law enforcement or regulators when legally required
  • Business partners strictly necessary for app operations
  • Other users, based on your profile visibility and app settings

6. Data Storage & Retention

We do not permanently store users’ chat data on our servers. Sunozy uses ephemeral relay storage, which means messages are stored only temporarily for delivery purposes. Once a message is successfully delivered without errors, it is permanently deleted from our servers.

To help prevent data loss, we recommend that users keep Google Drive Chat Backup enabled. This allows encrypted chat backups to be stored securely in the user’s own Google Drive account. If the app is uninstalled or the device is changed, users can restore their encrypted chat history from Google Drive.

In the event of a report, we may store specific chat content (for individual message reports), chat metadata (for user reports), and relevant device information. This data is processed strictly for:

  • Moderation and safety reviews
  • Abuse and fraud investigation
  • Resolving disputes between users
  • Detecting repeat policy violations
  • Enforcing account suspensions and permanent bans

Such retained content is kept for a maximum of 90 days to review reports and enforce platform rules, unless a longer period is required by law or ongoing investigation.

If no major legal requirement, law enforcement request, or ongoing investigation applies, the retained data is permanently deleted after the retention period.

  • Disable location permissions
  • Disable contacts permissions

8. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your account, chats, and personal data. Messages are securely transmitted through encryption.

9. Children's Privacy

Sunozy is not intended for children under 13 years (or higher age where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Sunozy. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sunozy mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Impector Technologies Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, installing, registering for, or using Sunozy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

To use Sunozy, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age in your country.
  • Have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.

If you are under the age of majority in your region, you must use the Service with permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

2. Account Registration

You are solely responsible for content you post, upload, or share.

5. Content Moderation & Enforcement

We may review, remove, restrict, or report content or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

We may suspend or permanently terminate access for repeated or serious violations.

We may cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.

6. User Content Rights

You retain ownership of content you create and share, subject to applicable law.

By submitting content through Sunozy, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content solely for operating, improving, and securing the Service.

You confirm you have the rights necessary to share such content.

7. Privacy

Your use of Sunozy is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use data.

8. Permissions & Device Features

Certain features may require access to:

  • Location
  • Camera
  • Microphone
  • Photos / Storage
  • Contacts
  • Bluetooth / Nearby Devices
  • Notifications

You may deny some permissions, but certain features may not function properly.

9. In-App Purchases / Paid Features (If Applicable)

If Sunozy offers subscriptions, coins, premium tools, or other paid features:

  • Prices will be displayed before purchase.
  • Payments are processed by Google Play or approved payment providers.
  • Refunds are subject to the applicable store policies.
  • We may modify pricing with notice where required.

If no paid features exist, this section may be ignored until introduced.

10. Intellectual Property

The Sunozy app, name, logo, software, designs, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Impector Technologies Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or exploit our materials without permission.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as:

  • Google Play Services
  • Firebase
  • Cloud hosting providers
  • Analytics tools

Use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

12. Safety Disclaimer

Interactions with other users are your responsibility. We do not guarantee the identity, intent, or behavior of users.

Use caution when meeting people, sharing personal details, or exchanging content.

If you feel unsafe, stop interacting and report the user.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Harm users or the platform
  • Create legal or security risk
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct

Some provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sunozy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Impector Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

Where law does not allow exclusions, liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted.

16. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of Sunozy at any time, with or without notice where legally permitted.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted in the app or website with a revised effective date.

Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

Courts having jurisdiction over the registered office location of the Company may hear disputes, subject to applicable law.

Community Guidelines

Welcome to Sunozy, a platform for discovering nearby people, chatting, and building meaningful local connections. To keep Sunozy safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone, all users must follow these Community Guidelines.

By using Sunozy, you agree to follow these rules in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Be Respectful

Treat everyone with dignity and respect.

Allowed behavior:

  • Friendly conversations
  • Constructive discussions
  • Positive networking
  • Helpful communication

Not allowed:

  • Harassment
  • Bullying
  • Threats
  • Hate speech
  • Personal attacks
  • Repeated unwanted messages

2. No Hate or Discrimination

Do not post or share content attacking people based on:

  • Race, Religion, Nationality, Ethnicity
  • Disability, Gender, Sexual orientation
  • Age, Caste or social identity

Any hateful behavior may result in immediate suspension.

3. Keep It Safe

Do not use Sunozy for dangerous or illegal activity.

Strictly prohibited:

  • Violence or threats
  • Criminal activity
  • Weapons sales
  • Human exploitation
  • Drug trafficking
  • Fraud or scams
  • Terrorism promotion
  • Self-harm encouragement

We may report serious threats to relevant authorities.

4. No Sexual Exploitation or Abuse

Do not share or request:

  • Non-consensual intimate content
  • Sexual exploitation material
  • Child sexual content
  • Coercive sexual behavior
  • Predatory behavior

Any child safety violation results in immediate permanent ban and legal reporting.

5. Protect Privacy

Respect your own privacy and others’.

Do not share without consent:

  • Phone numbers, Home addresses, Government IDs
  • Bank details, Passwords
  • Private photos or videos
  • Live location of others

Doxxing or exposing personal information is prohibited.

6. Authentic Identity

Be genuine.

Do not:

  • Pretend to be another person
  • Use fake profiles to deceive
  • Impersonate celebrities, companies, or officials
  • Mislead users for romance scams or fraud

Parody accounts must be clearly identifiable if allowed.

7. Spam & Misuse

Do not misuse Sunozy through:

  • Mass messaging
  • Fake engagement
  • Repeated promotions
  • Malware links
  • Referral abuse
  • Automated bots
  • Manipulating rankings or visibility

8. Appropriate Content

Keep content suitable for a broad audience.

Restricted or prohibited content includes:

  • Graphic violence or extreme gore
  • Pornographic content or explicit sexual solicitation
  • Shock content, Animal abuse
  • Illegal goods/services

Some mature or sensitive content may be limited or removed.

9. Nearby Connections Safety

Because Sunozy may help users connect locally:

  • Meet in public places if meeting someone
  • Inform trusted contacts
  • Do not send money to strangers
  • Trust your instincts
  • Report suspicious users immediately

We do not verify every user identity.

10. Intellectual Property

Only share content you own or have permission to use.

Do not upload:

  • Pirated media
  • Copyrighted music/videos without rights
  • Stolen images
  • Trademark misuse

11. Reporting & Blocking

Users can help keep the community safe by:

  • Reporting abuse
  • Blocking unwanted users
  • Muting disruptive users
  • Submitting safety concerns

We review reports and may take action.

12. Enforcement Actions

Violations may result in:

  • Feature restrictions, Temporary suspension
  • Permanent account ban, Device/account blocking

Repeated violations receive stronger penalties.

13. Appeals

14. Child Safety Standards

Users must meet minimum age requirements. We do not allow grooming, exploitation, or any child endangerment content or behavior.

We comply with child safety laws and platform requirements.

3. Child Safety Protection

Sunozy has zero tolerance for child exploitation or abuse.

We prohibit:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Grooming or predatory contact
  • Sexualized content involving minors
  • Requests for exploitative material
  • Endangerment of children

We may remove content, ban accounts, preserve evidence, and report to relevant authorities and trusted safety organizations where legally required.

Minimum user age requirements apply under local law.

4. Privacy & Personal Safety

To protect yourself and others, do not share publicly unless necessary:

  • Phone number, Home address
  • Financial information, Passwords / OTPs
  • Government ID numbers, Workplace/school details
  • Real-time personal location

Users who expose private information of others without consent may be suspended.

5. Nearby Meeting Safety

Because Sunozy may help users connect locally, please use caution when meeting someone in person. Recommended precautions:

  • Meet in a public place
  • Inform a trusted friend or family member
  • Arrange your own transport
  • Do not feel pressured to continue interaction
  • Leave immediately if unsafe
  • Avoid sharing money or valuables

Sunozy does not guarantee identity verification of every user.

6. Reporting Unsafe Behavior

Users can report profiles, chats, or content for issues such as:

  • Harassment, Spam, Fake accounts
  • Threats, Sexual misconduct
  • Child safety concerns, Scams
  • Privacy violations

We review reports and may take action promptly depending on severity.

7. Safety Tools Available to Users

Where available, Sunozy may provide:

  • Block users, Mute users
  • Report content/users
  • Restrict visibility settings
  • Manage permissions, Delete conversations
  • Control profile discoverability

Users are encouraged to use these tools early when uncomfortable.

8. Moderation & Enforcement

We may use human review and automated systems to detect abuse, spam, scams, or policy violations. Actions may include:

  • Warning, Content removal
  • Chat restrictions, Temporary suspension
  • Permanent account ban, Device/account blocking
  • Referral to law enforcement when required

Serious violations may result in immediate removal without warning.

9. Data Use for Safety

We may process limited data such as reports, metadata, device signals, and account activity to investigate abuse, prevent fraud, detect spam/bots, improve moderation systems, and enforce platform rules.

10. Emergency Situations

If you believe there is an immediate danger or real-world emergency, contact your local emergency services or law enforcement first. Sunozy is not an emergency response service.

11. Appeals & Reviews

If you believe your account or content was restricted in error, you may contact support for review.

Depending on applicable law, users may request to access certain personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete account/data, withdraw permissions, or restrict/object to certain uses.

11. Children’s Data Protection

Sunozy is not intended for children under the minimum legal age. If such data is identified, we may remove the account and associated data.

12. Incident Response

If we detect a significant security incident, we may investigate, contain, remediate, and notify affected parties or authorities when required by applicable law.

13. Employee & Internal Access Controls

Internal access to user data is limited to authorized personnel or contractors subject to confidentiality obligations.

14. Third-Party SDKs & Services

Sunozy may use third-party technologies such as Firebase, Google Play Services, and crash analytics tools. Such providers may process limited data according to their own terms.

Account & Data Deletion

Effective Date: April 22, 2026

Sunozy provides a simple and transparent method for users to delete their accounts and associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

Users can request account deletion by emailing us at admin@impector.com from your registered email address or from Profile under Settings

Important Note: As we do not store your chat data on our servers (except for specifically reported messages), the permanent deletion of an account and its associated metadata follows a streamlined process:

  • Clean Accounts: If there are no objections, reports, or litigation related to your account, the deletion will be processed within 7 days of your request.
  • Extended Review: For accounts flagged for fraud checks, disputes, legal retention, or security reasons, the deletion process may take up to 90 days to ensure all necessary investigations are completed.

If no deletion request is made, metadata is automatically deleted after 100 days in case of no reported objections on your account.

Any violation of law or our Terms & Conditions may result in the rejection of your account deletion request or an extension of the retention period for evidence purposes.

What Data is Deleted?

Upon account deletion:

  • Your profile information (name, username, photo) is permanently removed.
  • Your contact connections and social links are severed.
  • Your chat metadata is scheduled for permanent deletion according to the timelines mentioned above.

Reported messages and relevant evidence may be retained for moderation, legal compliance, or safety purposes as outlined in our Data Retention policy.

Device Permission Disclosures

To provide proximity-based social features, Sunozy requires specific device permissions. We are committed to transparency regarding why these are used:

Purpose: Used to discover nearby users and enable hyperlocal chat features. Your precise location is never shared with other users without your explicit interaction (such as sending a location message).

👤 Contacts Access

Purpose: Used to help you find friends already on Sunozy. We do not store your contacts on our servers longer than necessary to perform the matching process.

📷 Camera & 🎤 Microphone

Purpose: Used only when you explicitly choose to take a photo, record a video, or send a voice note. We never access your camera or microphone in the background.

🧭 Sensors Access

Purpose: Sunozy uses device motion and environmental sensors such as accelerometer, gyroscope, compass, and nearby connectivity signals to improve nearby discovery, movement awareness, orientation-based matching, and app performance.

This data helps us provide smarter proximity-based chat experiences. Sensor data is not used to identify you personally and is processed only for app functionality.
